In the MPS certification standards, there is an option to request exemptions. MPS can, in exceptional cases, grant exemption from one or more conditions of an MPS certification standard or obligations.
Requests for exeption can now be submitted via the Customer Portal. In the illustration below you can see where to find this functionality in the Customer Portal (outlined in purple).
Once you have submitted your exemption request, you will be kept informed of its status and progress in the Customer Portal.
