The method for submitting recorded data is changing with effect from period 1, 2025.
Up to now you have been used to submitting your usage records manually at the end of each period. This will change from period 1, 2025. From now on, the usage data you enter will be automatically collected from you.
To ensure we don’t collect data from companies that have not yet logged all their usages for a particular period, the collection of usage data will be subject to a number of conditions:
- There must be crop protection agents logged in the period concerned.
- If no crop protection agents have been logged, the participant must have specified in advance that they had no active production in the period concerned.
If your partial record-keeping is temporarily inactive, you can indicate this in advance in the ‘Site Questionnaire’.
In all other cases, we will not automatically collect the data for the period. The next time you log in, you can specify whether the periods can be collected.
If you confirm that a period can be collected, we will collect the data you have logged up to that point. If you specify that you have not yet finished logging your data, you can update your records and log out. If we see that uses were logged during your last session, we will automatically collect this data.
You therefore do not have to actively submit a period yourself in any of these cases. You will still always have the option to edit your records, except when they are locked for an audit.
This change will save you time since you will no longer have to log in simply to submit the data. We have attached the above conditions to the automatic collection in order to prevent participants from being qualified erroneously.
