Your responsibilities

You are responsible for happy, well-informed, engaged growers in your customer base. You thrive on:

  • being the first point of contact and support officer for existing customers;
  • making the onboarding of new customers a great first experience;
  • maintaining good relationships by phone and selective company visits;
  • supporting your customers in preparing for their audits;
  • being the antenna for your colleagues at the HQ in The Netherlands.

What you bring to the table

  • Sound knowledge of and experience in the floricultural industry in North-America.
  • Intrinsic motivation for the topics of sustainability and climate protection.
  • Good communication skills, personable demeanour, willingness to travel and creativity.
  • Affinity with cloud-bases, data-driven SaaS solutions and online tooling.

What we offer you in return

We basically offer you to “run your own shop” in North America, but with great support from HQ:

  • Your individual approach according to agreed objectives.
  • Entrepreneurial work with free allocation of time and tasks.
  • Developing knowledge on topics such as carbon footprint calculation and life cycle analysis.
  • Good communication and fixed contact persons for questions.
  • A highly motivated, international team for the regular exchange of experiences.

This position is a freelance collaboration for approximately 15-20 hours per week. Candidates who do not have all the above-mentioned qualities, e.g. because they have just completed their studies, are very welcome to apply.

We look forward to welcoming a positive, motivated and entrepreneurial new colleague!
