Indicating ‘no further records’ now possible in the MPS record-keeping environment during an open period.

Starting from period 1 of 2025, the way periods are submitted has changed. Usage data you enter will now be automatically collected from your MPS record-keeping environment.
This process has been optimised: it is now possible to indicate during an active period that you do not expect to enter any further records. If this applies to you, simply select ‘yes’ under ‘record finished’ in the submission overview (‘Submit Company’ section).

MPS will then receive a signal that no further data will be added, and the period can be retrieved. As before, this will take place during the first data retrieval round on the second Monday of the new period.

If you have selected ‘yes’ but later still need to record additional usage, you can do so at any time. However, you must select ‘yes’ again afterwards to ensure the period is automatically collected.
